Refund Policy

Gopredictfy provides digital prediction services delivered via Telegram immediately upon payment confirmation. Because our service is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly, all sales are generally final.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: You were charged but did not receive VIP access within 24 hours of payment, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period
• Service unavailability: Gopredictfy was completely non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes or accuracy
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the service during your subscription period
• Bets placed and lost based on our predictions
• Partial use of a subscription period
• Violations of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

To request a refund, email us at officialgopredictfy@gmail.com with:

• Your Telegram username
• Your Paystack payment reference number
• Date of payment
• Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original payment date.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

VIP subscriptions are not auto-renewing — you are only charged once per subscription period. To discontinue your VIP membership, simply do not renew when your current period expires. No cancellation action is required.
